Farmers Wife Class - Fourth Tuesday of the Month 10am-2pm

Join Sally Brown for a hands on venture featuring a reading from the real-life letters from The Farmer's Wife magazine. Laurie Aaron Hird's new book commemorates the strength and hope of the farm women of the Great Depression. The 99-block queen-size sampler quilt inspired by these letters can be created from any prints or solid fabrics. For each block, instructions are provided for template paper and/or freezer piecing, and--where applicable--rotary cutting, so students can piece the blocks based on their preferred technique.
